The Dog Beast is one of the many variants of Thing Beast forms created through canine hosts.
Strategy
These dogs are probably the worst kind of walkers in the game, unlike their movie counterpart, they have four of their legs and they have tremendous speed, they can take down Blake quickly and they have a charging attack which is very deadly, the best thing to do when you come up against them is to shoot while running make them weak this way then carefully kill them with the flamethrower by luring them to chase you then running backwards while flaming them.
